Brian is incredibly professional, punctual, and kind. I have had other services where the technicians don't bother explaining what they are doing or explain everything at a high level. Brian took the time to explain what needed to be done in detail. He went above and beyond looking at an issue I have had for months (loud noise coming from the AC indoor unit), and no other AC company was able to fix. The unit is now quieter and for the first time I was able to sleep overnight with the unit on. Brian was impeccable with his work and extremely fair with the pricing. I highly recommend Vetair, and I look forward to working with Brian in the future.

I highly recommend Brian with VETAIR. My parents had been using another AC company for years and were told that they needed a new air conditioner. The other technician showed them a picture on his phone of rusted coils in their AC unit. My parents wanted a second opinion and were happy to have Brian drive down from Jacksonville. He was honest, kind, intelligent and described everything he was doing throughout the entire process. Brian took a picture of the coils that didn't match the picture taken by the other AC company. He told them what caused the problem and how he could keep the current unit functioning. A new AC unit was not necessary. Brian saved my parents $5,000. He truly cares about his clients and his honesty is appreciated. I had him come to my office to care for two HVAC units. Brian was able to show me about what I needed to do for general maintenance. He took the time to check the temperatures in each room. I have never seen a technician take the time to go to each room and make sure the units were functioning properly. VETAIR Heating & Cooling is by far the most reliable, honest, fair priced and skilled contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish I felt heard and cared for. I was friends with him long before I was ever a customer, and his is a good guy. He works hard, does what he says he will do, and never gives up. None of the technicians are commission-based, so their goal is to provide the RIGHT solution, not the one that will make them more money. I'm embarrassed to say it's taken me this long to put a review out there. Better late than never - but seriously - call VETAIR up if you need help, they are the best.

Brian and his crew at VETAIR are the best! I was having issues with my A/C unit called Brian and he got right back to me. Told me what it sounded like the issue was and what I could do to remedy it until our scheduled appointment a few days later. Brian with VETAIR came to service my newer ac unit and immediately noticed that the unit needed a more detailed cleaning to alleviate an ongoing issue. Once inside the unit, Brian realized that the vent was damaged and he estimatedthat I was only getting about 25% airflow! Knowing the age of the unit, Brian sourced the new parts needed locally and got them covered under warranty for slightly above the cost of just the repair! He did all of this same day and got me up and running quickly, with a new warranty for the new parts. The questions Brian and his team asked were detailed and engineering specific, finding the root cause of the issue and designing and implementing a solution that was the most cost-effective for me. VETAIR continues to be the only place I go for AC service and replacement. They recently replaced AC systems in two of our homes. Cost was $1000 less per unit from the next higher bidder and they installed quality, high SEER Carrier systems. Even in the heat we are saving $20-$50 per month at these homes.
